For many students, the apartment lifestyle is a long-cherished dream. It’s a big step, but we make it easier for students (and parents) by providing apartments at a very good value, near the La Crosse, WI campuses.
We know that good building management makes apartment living easy. That's why Gerrard Corporation provides:
- Full-time maintenance help
- Weekly indoor public area cleanings
- Lawn service and landscaping maintenance
- Security patrolled parking lots
To request a showing, you may e-mail sarah@gerrardcompanies.com or call 608-782-4488 ext. 13. Specify which property you're interested in and how many bedrooms you're looking for. **All units are occupied so a 12-hour notice must be given.
Note: During our busiest months (September thru May) Apartments off-site are only shown once for each group of possible renters.
- The lease term is for 1 year beginning (June 8. 2009 – May 24, 2010).
- There are NO EARLY MOVE-INS.
- Rent is automatically withdrawn from a preauthorized bank account each month for the entire lease term – This is mandatory.
- Rent will be deducted the 1st of each month for a FULL MONTH’S RENT and is NOT pro-rated for the months of June or May.
- To authorize monthly rent payments each tenant must complete an ACH (Automatic Clearing House) form. For verification, each tenant would also need to provide a voided check from this account (no deposit slips).
- The entire Security Deposit (1 month’s rent) for the apartment must be paid in full at the lease signing. (One check per tenant).
- All Gerrard Corporation apartments and all interior common areas are NON SMOKING.
- Availability for any apartment is first come/first serve. We DO NOT hold any apartments.
What to bring to the lease signing:
- Rental Applications
- ACH Forms/Voided Checks
- Check(s) for security deposit
**If you agree to these terms and would like to make an appointment in our office to sign a lease you may e-mail sarah@gerrardcompanies.com or call 608-782-4488 ext. 13. Lease signings take approx. 30 minutes. All tenants must be available at the lease signing or you’ll be asked to reschedule.
We do allow subleasing at our student rentals, however it's the tenant's responsibility to find a roommate. Many previous tenants have had luck with these websites. You might also check with residence life at your local university. *Gerrard Corporation has does not take responsiblity of any content they have posted.
