What to bring to the lease signing
We do allow subleasing at our student rentals, however it's the tenant's responsibility to find a roommate. Past tenants have had luck with these websites. You might also check with your local university, newspaper, or flyers around campus.
Good Luck in your search! Once you find someone that is a good match for you and all other roommates, please contact your resident manager for approval and additional information. The cost to sublease is $50. |
